Principal Mr. David Shalem brings to E.F.G. extensive U.S. and international deal experience and is responsible for Emet’s presence in the Northern American market. In his position as Principal, Mr. Shalem has prime responsibility for all aspects of external and regulatory financial reporting, internal performance measurement and optimization. He is also responsible for evaluation of new business development and integration into Emet client portfolio. Mr. Shalem brings extensive experience in high volume high risk e-commerce structuring, coordination and evaluation of domestic and international compliancy and tax management. Mr. Shalem is involved in the transition and monitoring of ongoing company operations in the U.S. e-commerce division and directs global support, operations, consulting services and sales support. Prior to joining E.F.G., Mr. Shalem served and founded two successful companies in his native Israel with U.S. branches based in Los Angeles.
