Principal Mr. Jonathan Winer serves as Principal for all internal and extensive management of e-commerce merchant advisory and e-commerce account development valuations. Mr. Winer is responsible for growing the revenue base of Emet’s client portfolio as well as identifying ever-changing product and services strengths to build market advantage. He maintains divisional responsibility for all external and internal management of merchant advisory, e-commerce development valuations and merchant due diligence. Mr. Winer brings a comprehensive background in e-commerce management activity to the company, in addition to broad operating experience. Through the successful development and execution of e-commerce strategies, Mr. Winer is aligned with the ever-changing industry trends, while maintaining a focus on today's merchants. Prior to his appointment at E.F.G., Mr. Winer served as Head Strategist to one of Israel’s leading business development firms providing capital and advisory services to several companies in the business services and consumer products industries. In this role he oversaw the successful integration of high risk merchants with electronic banking operations, comprehensive review and restructuring of business processes as required.
