Senior Director of Client Relations Mr. Markus Lorenz serves as Director of Client Relations for the Emet Group. Mr. Lorenz brings a diverse background in project management which entails implementing programs and projects directly with clients with vast experience in conversions. Mr. Lorenz works closely with both sales and operations and is heavily involved with new client implementation, client retention and industry functions. He combines his international experience in operations, management, client relations, implementation, strategic planning and sales collaboration to perfect the Client Relations Program at Emet. Prior to joining E.F.G., Mr. Lorenz served as Senior Director of Client Relations with a leading international financial institution through which he contributed extensively to Bank and Program daily statements, established operational procedures for internal and client use and implemented a recognized 24 hour helpdesk program to the firm’s Customer and Client Services division.
